Plus! Culture Shop
This week I’m delving back into the local fashion. I recently graduated and moved to the South Side in Pittsburgh and have discovered a very cool little shop, “The Culture Shop.” Now by the sounds of it I’m sure you are thinking “that doesn’t really sound like a clothing boutique,” but it is!
Located on 1602 East Carson Street it is a nifty little place filled with hand-crafted jewelry and tons of colorful, ethnic pieces.
When I first walked in and started to look around I didn’t think anything would fit me, I asked the sales girl what sizes they cary and she said “one size fits all” – I’ll admit, I was doubtful. NOTHING is ever one-size-fits-all. But then I found this cute little skirt, the LAST ONE they had, and dared myself to try it on. Guess what? It fit!

Since the skirt is a bit short and has the color and pattern on it I paired it below with a white camisole with a lace inset, a heather grey crocheted vest (to balance the top half from the bottom half) and some tan ankle-wrap wedges. This gives it a very airy, feminine feel - what would YOU pair it with?
